Kaysville real estate stats are out for December 2011. Year over year home sales were up 33.33% from 14 residential units to 21 residential units sold. Prices of homes dropped 2.92% to $237,500 median sold price and $249,900 original list price from December 2010 median sold price of $244,650 and $272,500 original list price.
The median dollar per square foot price of all units sold in December 2011 was $87.91. Median square feet size was 2,700. The typical home sold includes four bedrooms and three baths.
Kaysville Houses available for sale in the market as of the moment totalled 97. Total under contract units in the market were 18.

Year over year change of sale went up 22.78 percent from 61 homes sold during December 2010. Monthly change of sale dropped 3.7 percent from 82 sold homes of November 2011.
The median sold price reached $123,000 of which decreased 22.15 percent from $158,000. Sold properties have been for 68 median days on market. West Valley City Utah Homes had a balance market due to 5.51 months of inventory.
So far, there are 435 actively listed homes for sale in West Valley City Utah of which 120 are under contract properties in the market.

West Jordan Utah Real Estate revealed high numbers in the market last month. Home sales went up during December last year. With a total of 102 sold homes, both yearly and monthly change of sales increased in the market. Year over year change of sale drifted up 21.57 percent from 80 sold homes of December 2010. In terms of monthly change of sale, it rose 21.6 percent from 80 sold properties from November last year.
Median sold price dropped 17.10 percent from $196250 to $162700. Home sales have been for 79 median days on market. It’s a sellers market in West Jordan Utah Homes due to 4.27 percent months of inventory.

Average sold houses have three bedrooms and two bathrooms with 172 median days on market.
